Stroller deal at Babies R Us

This is for anyone in the Charlotte, NC area. I was at the Babies R Us near Pineville on South Blvd today and they have a Baby Jogger City Classic single in black and red for $229. It was an online purchase returned to the store so it's on clearance and still in the box. The original price was $399. Not sure if anyone is looking for one of these, but figured they are well liked by the people who rent from Orlando Stroller Rentals, and a great price. Hope someone can benefit.
