Stroller cost and strollers on train?

I want to rent a double stroller while there. How much are they now and where is the best place to get it at Magic Kingdom?

I want to use the MK railroad to move from land to land. Can the stroller go on the train?

I believe they are still $15 a day with a $1 returned at the end.

No, they cannot go on the train. They do not fold. They are hard plastic.

I believe you'd have to leave your stroller and then go back for it.

We always order from A Baby's Best Friend (www.abbf.com) on our trips, and have always been extremely happy with everything we rent from them. Their double strollers are clean and comfortable, and fold nicely for the train, etc. This stroller was with us the entire trip, not just in the parks.

We also rented the full crib, and it only took us 5 minutes to set it up. It is very easy and did not need any tools to assemble, comes with a full mattress and bedding (clean!!!), and my child slept so much better than in a pack&play or a half crib.

The best thing is everything was delivered to my hotel luggage room before I arrived, and then when we checked out we returned it. It was the best planned part of our trip, and would not even consider gong to WDW again without calling them.

My "Unofficial Guide" states that you can leave your Disney rented stroller at the train station and, if you don't want to make a round trip, pick up a replacement when you get to your destination. Be sure to take with you your personal belongings, stroller name card, and rental receipt.

I'm not sure how this works though. Maybe a CM at the next station will give you a stroller sitting there without a name card? If that's the case, you may not get a double stroller.

A BABY'S BEST FRIEND They rock! We got crib and toys from them last trip to the cabins at FTW - it was the best part of the trip because my DS slept through the night which he doesn't when in a Pack N Play - oh, the rest and relaxation they gave us just with that one crib. Our friends rented the stroller and loved it! It is soo much better than the strollers from WDW!
