We're heading to WDW, and were considering renting a stroller for my 5 & 3 year old daughters.
My 3 year has leukemia and is immunosuppressed; I was hoping to get a stroller as wheelchair so we can try to keep her contained in line as much as possible. Germs. Blech. My question is whether we can simply keep the tag on the stroller for the entire week we're there or do we have to get a new tag each day?

Thanks! :)

Guests who rent a stroller on the park would need a new tag every day because they have to turn the stroller in when they leave the park.

Guests using their own stroller or an off-site rental stroller just need to get a tag at the first park they visit. The tag will be valid for your whole trip at all of the theme parks. Since you are going for a MAW trip, that will all be arranged for you - if you are at Give Kids the World Village, they will actually issue it there, before you go to a park.

There is more information about using a stroller as a wheelchair in post 6 if the disABILITIES FAQs thread. You can find that thread stuck near the top of this board or follow the link in my signature.
