Stroller and ECV rental

Sorry not sure if I can post here or another thread.
I will need to rent a ECV for my mom but we are concidering renting a Stroller instead of traveling with one. Is there a company that does both?

I believe apple strollers/apple scooters is the same company and they do both.

We had to do the same thing for our Feb trip. We rented from Apple and got a good deal.
