Of course I couldn't resist getting on the scale. 225. I'm down 1 pound. I have 1.5 pounds to go for the April 1st challenge and my 45 pound clippie. It is still possible.
I won't be able to hit journals today. I've tons to do today before work, and I want to take a nap. Katie was up 3x last night. She was just wired for some reason last night. My schedule isn't bad this week. I work a 16 hour shift followed by a 2 hour boring training session on Crrt. Then it is bed, but I don't need to go in on Sat night. Sunday my family is getting together for my DBIL's bday. We're going to Outback, so I can stay op. No cake for me thank you.
I'm loving walking outside. It is raining today, so I'll walk on my lunch break tonight.
Blessings counted, meds taken, 1 liter of water so far.
Meals for the next 36 hours...
Breakfast was Morning Start bar and cup of tea.
Lunch eggs and toast.
Snack (5PM) Veggies and cheese.
Tall Vanilla latte, SF of course, on the way to work.
Dinner (1AM) Chicken salad in lc tortilla, string cheese, sf jello
Snack(5AM) Strawberries with cream cheese sweetened with splenda.
Breakfast (8AM training) Morning Start bar and coffee.
I need to pack a suitcase of food for tonight.
