Just a quick post. I've got a busy day ahead of me. DD has dance class. A friend of mine is coming to babysit, so I can get my haircut, go shopping, and work out.
I met 100% of my objectives yesterday.
Dinner was a chicken stir fry.

Today:
1.) Meds taken.
2.) 3 mile Watp doen, will mall walk as well
3.) 1 liter water so far. At least 2 more to go.
4.) Finishing my coffee now, will switch to green tea later.
5.) I'm counting my blessings while I shower. I have to multitask. Just kidding, It is the only time I really have quiet ME time, so it is a good place to think. Done.
6,)So far on track with program. Breakfast was slice lc peanut butter toast and water.

I probably won't get back online for awhile. I'm thinking of you guys. I'll try to get to your jurnals this afternoon.
Beth

Erin, I've decided to treat myself to athe Davinci Code and at least 1 new pair of jeans.

1 new pair of jeans that won't be able to be pulled down while cutting cucumbers   . you surely need them :)

on to teh congratulations portion of the program - beth!!!! 5 pounds :bounce: 6.25 inches :Pinkbounc wahoooo!!! that is absolutely wonderful, i'm so so happy for you :jumping1:

and now you have wonderful goals for the month of march too! stick to those, and you will have no problems dropping more pounds and inches! they're just gonna melt right off of you :teeth:

hope you have a wonderful day today :sunny:

Beth~
WOW! What a fantastic February!!!:jumping1: That is wonderful! Here's hoping that March is just as marvelous for you! I hope that you enjoy your ME time and that you found a great pair of jeans!

 Hi Beth,
Just wanted to stop by and wish you a great day. Enjoy your new jeans :D !

Beth, your accomplishments for February are AWESOME!!

:Pinkbounc Congratulations! :Pinkbounc

All those pounds and inches are gone forever!! Bye-bye!! :wave2:

I bet you'll look GREAT in those new jeans! Enjoy the DaVinci Code - it was a great read. Just remember that it's FICTION! There are some truths in there but I think too many people believe it all and get upset. :D

Enjoy your day! :sunny:

Beth - AWESOME accomplishments for February!! WTG! You should be very proud of yourself for all you've made happen!:cool1:
Your March goals look very good. I think March will hold great things for you too if you stick with it!
I hope you found a nice pair of jeans for yourself. I personally HATE to shop for jeans. None ever fit me right. If they fit the derrier, they are too big in waist. If they fit waist, they're splitting open on the bottom.... Maybe once I loose these extra lbs I'll find something that fits me.;)
Hope you had a great day and enjoyed that little bit of time to yourself!:teeth:

I had alot of fun today. I got a great haircut. I hope I can do it in the morning. I then went to our major mall. I walked another 4.25 miles I did it at a good pace. My heartrate was right on target. Erin, you should be proud of me. I passed Starbucks 6 times without stopping. (There are actually 3 starbucks in this one mall) After I cooled down and had some water, I hit Lane Bryant. I now fit in size 16 stretch flare jeans. In November, I was in a size 24 relaxed fit. The 16's are a bit snug. I won't be wearing them through TOM, but I would like to be able to wear them for more than a month. I also picked up James Patterson's 3rd Degree. I decided I'd rather have books than flowers for my 40# reward. All in all, a very good day.

I met all my goals for the day. Water was 4 liters. Total exercise was 7.25 miles.

Lunch: Leftover chicken stirfry
Dinner: Chili's lc chicken fajitas.

I won't be eating anything else tonight, so I'll be rolling over my bear. YEAH!

Beth,

Sounds like you had a wonderful relaxing day, I'm so jealous;) But after losing 40lbs you deserve it!!! Keep up the great work:Pinkbounc

Today will be superbusy. Laundry, grocery shoping, Curves, and Monsters Inc. on ice tonight. There are 16 of us going togwether, and we're meeting at a coney island before the show. If I didn't get to your journals yet, I hope to this afternoon.
Beth

Beth,

I just caught myself up on your journal. Boy, you have a busy schedule. Congratulations on the loss of pounds and inches for the month of February - WTG!!!! :)

I think setting your goals for the month will help to keep you on track. I may take Amanda's suggestion and come up with some goals of my own.

Keep up all the great work!!!!

Beth, you walked over 7 MILES yesterday!!?? WOW!! That should help you fit into those jeans! ::yes:: Speaking of jeans, I'm glad you found some that you like - jeans shopping can be tough! I have the same problems as Sharon - too tight here, too loose there!

Let me know if you like the book! I'm always looking for good reads!

Hope your busy day goes well! I hope you have lots of smiles and laughs at Monsters Inc. on Ice tonight! :sunny:

aaah, monsters inc on ice!!! that sounds like an absolute blast! i love that movie, putting it on ice could only improve it

great job walking over 7 miles in one day! that is a fabulous accomplishment! and size 16 jeans, girl, you're doing absolutely wonderful! down from a 24 to a 16, and still headed down :)

hope you have a wonderful day today :sunny:

Just a quick update.
1.) Meds taken. I made the mistake of taking them on an empty stomach, horrible pain. I'm better now.
2.) Blessings counted.
3.) Went to Curves. I really pushed myself again. I might be sore tomorrow.
4.) 3 liters of water in. Will have more for dinner.
5.) I have been caffiene free today. I had decaf this AM, thinking I would get one this afternoon. Never got there. No caffiene headache either.:smooth:
6.) I'm within my carbs, but I'm not happy with my choices today. It is still cheat free.
Breakfast: My usual.
Lunch: 2 ham/cheese rollups. I wasn't hungry. I actually had to force myself to eat.
Snack: A carborite chocolate crisp bar. 2 carbs, it doesn't compare to the russell stover candies. I was dissappointed.
Dinner will be a side salad with ranch dressing and a cheeseburger,
Snack: I have some peanuts, 1 oz. if I need them.

Have a good one.
Beth

Hi Beth,
Have you tried the ZCarb chocolate bars yet? OMG the dark chocolate is to die for. I proclaim it the world's best 0 carb food! Have a great day.

:smooth: Yeah, Beth is looking cool in her new jeans. :smooth: Way to go, Beth!

Beth, what a success story you are! :Pinkbounc Down forty pounds and trucking along. . .congratulations. :D

Uhh, Beth, I think there was a misprint in yesterday's journal, though. I think you said something about being caffeine-free. . .did you mean that? Surely, you jest!:p Does this mean that you're going to leave me alone with my coffee addiction out here in WISH Journal World????
Seriously, though, that's great. It's so much healthier for you. You go, girl! :hyper:

How was the ice show?

:sunny: for your day--
Erin

Erin, you can relax. While I was caffiene free yesterday, it was a fluke. I'm sipping my mug of coffee with Davinci french vanilla syrup as I type.

The ice show was good. It was technically excellent, but I don't think Monsters Inc translated well to live action. The characters couldn't control their amrs well, and frankly Randall just wasn't scary. He was comical. I did discover that I made the right decision to have only 1 kid. I took 2 preschoolers to the bathroom at intermission. What a nightmare. I give all moms who have more than one kid even more kudos than before.

We had more foreshadowing of Katie's teen years. On Sunday, she was running around begging a little boy to play sleeping Beauty, saying."I just want him to kiss me." Last night, as Cameron was using the toilet. Katie says, "Look at his little butt, isn't he adorable?" We're in trouble.

I've taken my meds and done the 2 mile WATP. I'm meeting a firend at the mall for our kids to have a playdate on Katie's giant hotdog. I have mentioned thet I'm in trouble. We'll do more walking then. 1 liter water so far. 2nd load of laundry is in the washer.

I'll check in later.
:sunny:
Beth

Fabulous February Beth!
A new haircut, new jeans, and weight loss~ sounds good to me! You are doing such a wonderful job! Keep up the good work!

How was Monster's Inc. last night? That sounds like a lot of fun! Hope you had a great time!

Have a great day Beth!:sunny:

Beth, I LOVE your Katie stories!! She sounds so adorable!! Enjoy her now - those teen years get here before you know it (my DD is 14.5 now  ). Shall I TELL you what you're in for???? Nah, I think we'll just let it be a surprise!! :teeth:

You're doing great today! Glad to hear you enjoyed your food yesterday AND stayed on plan. Also happy to hear Monsters Inc. was funny - I bet the kids loved it!

Onward and downward! Enjoy your trip to the giant hotdog play area! :hyper:
