Stringray City at Blue Lagoon

Want to do the Stringray swim at Blue Lagoon. Can you do in seperate from the Blue Lagoon Beach Day? Has anyone done this excursion and how was it?

In the past the only way to book Stingray city was to go to Blue Lagoon and then walk over to Stingray city and pay $25.00 to snorkel with them. I believe now, I have read that Disney is offering a Blue Lagoon/Stingray City excursion together. Im not sure of the price now, but Blue Lagoon Beach was $38.00/ adult and $25.00 for Stingray City. It was only $20.00 for us because we brought our own Snorkel gear. It was a neat experience. and well worth the $$. They did not push you to buy pictures like at the Dolphin encounter and also, you could stay for as long as you wanted.
