Hi all,

BroadwayHermione5 here. I know a lot of you know a huge chunk of the reason I haven’t really been on is because of the strike and as of 12:01am today, November 9th 2023, the SAGAFTRA Strike is over!

Thank you to everyone who supported us and asked questions. We hope you realize how scary AI is and how important it is for us to get proper compensation. I can’t wait to read the deal, and hopefully in 3 years this won’t be as bad.

Give your fave shows and movies time. Continue to donate to the Entertainment Community Fund to help everyone in the industry from actors to caterers.

And as of right now, we celebrate!

Good news! I think SAGAFTRA did all Americans a monumentally great service by pursuing the protections of personal identity rights by guarding images because without a precedent of some kind we'd all be in big trouble. Well done SAGAFTRA, intentional or not, well done.
