I normally travel with four people at the most and that is a challenge

What's the biggest group you toured with

I need to learn to count it's 4 if you count me 3 if you don't

7, DH, DS, DD and her friend along with my two sisters. Had a two bedroom at BWV. I was always jealous of larger groups of people, they look like they are having so much fun. But my one sister was such a PITA, never again! Now it's usually just me and DH, and if my daughter, now 26, comes along, she brings a friend as she still tries to control what we can and cannot do. This way we do what we want, and if she doesn't like it we just split up and go our own way.

That's what prompted this thread how do people plan for that

12! It's fabulous having siblings, nieces and nephews together at our favorite place. (Typical we are 6, us and our 4 kids)

11. It worked out very well! The next time we went with 6 and it was a disaster. And it was a family from the first time!

7 - and I planned it all. None of the other 4 adults wanted to contribute to picking restaurants, rides, activities, etc so I did it ALL. I won't kid myself - I loved every minute of the planning, but my rule was that if you didn't want to help plan it, you couldn't complain about anything we did. It worked out well :) We're going back this year and everyone has picked their favorite restaurant and activity/ride for us to do again this time.

16 - Our family's first trip was with three family's and our mother in law. It was a great trip and thank god it was the old FP system. The two oldest boys were runners for FPs. We were getting all our rides and multiple FP for a lot of the big attractions.

Six! It was a while ago though. It was me and my friend, and her two sisters and a friend each. Girls trip...so much fun! This trip coming up will be 5 but will be much harder because 3 kiddies are involved :)

We always travel with 10-12 total in our party.

Everyone we travel with is flexible. I book all ADRs and FP. I send them all what I'm planning to FP and then they tell me if they want to replace theirs with something else. Rarely does anyone change what I've suggested. They want me to own it because they hate planning (I actually don't love planning either but I am happy to do it since I am the one with little kids and a lot of the stuff we do revolves around their interests.)

The other key is that we don't totally travel as a pack the whole time. Sometimes people change their FP on the fly. Sometimes someone wants to go back to the pool but others want to go to Disney Springs or a park. Sometimes my mom wants to just sit on a bench and relax and take in the sights and sounds while we do other stuff.

We are all flexible people and don't care if someone wants to hop in a 40 minute standby line. If people don't want to do that they do something else.

It's all about being flexible.

How about 36? Three years ago this past week, DGD's soccer team, chaperones and siblings. Son-in-law coaches the team (most of them are still together) and DD planned the trip:

The Team:

The Mothers :goodvibes...making meal reservations after the day's soccer schedule was released and/or changing fastpasses when we had to deal with RAIN DELAYS!:

The Dad's and siblings just "followed the crowd" :rotfl::
