Does anyone have any suggestions for workout DVDs that would be considered "stretch & strenghtening?"

I am a couch potato (well, until last week) that has signed up for the Minnie 15k. :scared1: My DH printed out a really good training schedule for a novice prepping for a 15k. Two days a week, they want you to do some stretching & strengthening. Since most of my exercise time is when DS is napping, DVDs work best. I also have a treadmill in the basement, but I don't like walking on it as much as I normally would have (it was given to us and is very cheap and noisy!).

I already have Leslie Sansone's You Can Do Abs DVD, as well as her 1 & 2 mile ones. If I can stop falling off the stability ball in the abs one, it would be great! :rotfl: Even once I get the hang of that workout, it would be nice to have a couple others to keep things fresh. I am thinking of buying her 3 & 4 mile DVDs for my cross training days.

Any ideas? Maybe pilates or yoga?

if you already have a stability ball try Denise Austin's Shrink your Female Fat Zones -- you'll need handweights though too
