So here is what I would like to have but I am unsure when to do what.

I am having a welcome dinner on Thursday night, I know that.

But Saturday is when I am planning on doing the VR. I would like it to be at 10am so that we can have a brunch after.

My plan was then to let everyone go rest or swim and then get back together around dinner time and have a dinner and then a dessert party at Epcot to close out the night. Now my DH decided he wants a DJ so that people can dance. That threw me for a loop because I did not expect him to want that.

So now I am trying to decide what to do. Can we have a dance at Epcot after the dessert party?

I don't think you can have music in the parks? :confused3 I'm not 100% sure but I think I read in someone else's PJ that you can't have live music inside the parks - which I think includes a DJ.

Personally I don't know if I'd feel comfortable dancing in one of the DP locations in Epcot. can't everyone see you?? :rotfl:

You won't be able to have a DJ at the dessert party and I think they'd charge you for a whole separate reception if you moved somewhere like the American Adventure rotunda to dance. Why don't you guys all take the boat to Boardwalk after the dessert party and go to Atlantic Dance Hall? Sure, it won't just be you guys, but I say the more the merrier on a dance floor!

Isn't it a bar though? We will have several kids with us, including mine. I want them to be able to be a part of it too.

I don't care if I am charged for a whole seperate reception, that would be OK. I thought I saw someone here had a reception in Italy somewhere after the park closed. Maybe that was my imagination.
