stressful Saturday morning

well, that was horrific!! The DIS board seems to have been offline all morning

so I've actually had to find something useful to do with my time!!! Phew - thank goodness it's back on and I can return to my normal slouching in front of the computer!!!

I obviously just hit the end of this awfulness!! Assumed it was one of those temporary gliches - so didn't panic. Glad you managed to make the best of it!! Maybe it's for the best that these things happen, and we are forced to go and do something useful instead!!

It was hugely frustrating. I can only use the internet at certain times. As We speak I am stuffing a sandwich down my throat whilst trying to make the best of my lunch [1/2] hour! I normally use the internet in the library on a Saturday but horrors! Nothing was happening.

Glad to see us all back today!

You all need to get a life - you wouldn't catch me getting frustrated at not being able to get on Friday night, later on Friday night, into the early hours of Saturday morning, before breakfast on Saturday morning, after breakfast on Saturday morning, a bit later on Saturday morning, before lunch on Saturday and then finally sometime after midday only to find it was back! Nope, that's not what I'd do at all

I have only been able to get on intermittently. Nothing to do with the DIS, we are with NTL and they are supposed to be doing some upgrading or something but its been very hit or miss all weekend whether I can get internet access or not.

I sometimes wonder what I did with my life before I had a computer and discovered the DIS..........must have had a clean house!!!
