And im driving to WDW in 2 weeks. I have SOOO much to do and I havent slept but a few winks in the last 3 days. Thankfully im not flying as I have an ear infection too! YEEEHAAAA the fun never ends. I just feel to lousy to do anything.

Ok I'm finished crying about it.

Just be glad it happend now and not on your trip!
Take a day or 2 off to relax, keep taking the meds, get plenty of rest(not that you can do much else), and you will be fine in no time.

I had something like that about a month ago - I never had a sore throat hurt that bad, man what was awful!!! After suffering 3 or 4 days I called the doc and got an antibiotic prescribed over the phone, the next day I started feeling better.

Please make sure that you finish the whole antibiotic. Apparently I had strep for a few months and didn't know it. I went in thinking I was being tested for Lyme due to joint pain. Test results showed I had an undetected Step infection that turned into Rhuematic Fever because the strep wasn't treated....

Strep is no joke! I hope you are feeling better soon!!

I will force myself to finish, my throat hurts so much! But I think the pharmacy made a little mistake. They gave me a MONTHS supply. Its 500mg, I dont think the Dr. intended for me to take it that long. Or am I THAT sick?!?!?!?!?

Call the doctor and get them to double check that prescription!!

You should be over strep in time for the trip even though you feel like doodle right now.

I feel your pain...I've been there.

One Christmas I had strep throat, pink-eye, bronchitis and an ear infection. It all started with a soar throat that I thought would go away.

Make sure to take care of yourself!

You don't realize how much you swallow in a day, until you've had strep.

You should check with your doctor. Normally it is 500mg two times a day for at least 10 days....but I'm not a doctor, nor do I play one on t.v.
Please check with them and you'll be on the mend soon!
