What's the secret? I've given up on paper towels and have tried coffee filters and newspaper (As other websites have suggested). Still streaks. I either use Windex or Glass Plus.

The mirrors in the bathrooms look fine ... It's my mirrored closet doors that always looks filthy no matter what. :confused3 Thanks!

I stoped using paper towels and bought 10 packs of good quality washcloths to use instead for all of my cleaning. I also use vinager instead of glass and surface cleaners. No streaks! You can use straight vinager but i use 50/50 water/vinager with no problems. Once it dries there are zero streaks.

Try an empty spray bottle fill about 1/4th the way full with water an add about a teaspoon of cornstarch shake well before using each time.

If glass or mirror is dirty I still clean it with other stuff an follow up with the cornstarch water no more streaks.

I no longer use paper towels as a rule old soft washcloth works well I spray the cloth then wipe an flip cloth to the other end to dry with or use 2 cloths

I don't remember where I read about the cornstarch an water but it does work very well and very cheap too.

I love Martha Stewarts new line of cleaning products. I like the glass cleaner especially.

I use the glass cleaning cloth from Norwex. If the window is very dirty, I first clean it with a microfiber towel and then polish with the slightly damp glass polishing cloth. It's amazing and the best thing I have found to clean windows.

My uncle owned a car cleaning service. He always used newpapers to wipe the cleaner off the windows. It's always left my mirrors (and car windows) streak free for me. I've used both colour and black and white print and they both seem to work just fine. But I'm going to give the corn starch mixture a try.

a friend said she uses vinegar and water, takes a microfiber cloth, dips it in the vinegar water , rings it out, and attaches it to a swiffeer to clean her mirrors. I haven't tried it yet.

I use vinegar and water and clean with newspaper. It works wonderfully.

I use a squeegee... I spray my windex on, then squeegee it off. It makes my mirrors clean and streakfree!

I use prefolds (cloth diapers) for windows and mirrors...no streaks!
