Strange thing happened on website - re pricing

Hi i'm a long time lurker but first time poster - hello everyone. Just read the previous thread re the new prices and I put in the dates we are hoping to go, March 2012 and i had no problems with the dates and a really good price came up for Hotel Cheyenne. I closed page off and went back in and I can't get up the dates for that far in advance anymore - I even had printed the page off so i know i put the right dates in. The prices were very reasonable and i would have booked it. Anyone know why this happened?

edited to say that booking for 4 nights in March was coming in at £487.50

You could try clearing your cache? or closing and reopening again?
I've had problems with it saying dates arn't available when they are before, it was usually just the site hadn't finished loading right before I clicked the dates.

When I went on it yesterday it was giving me June 2007!

I think it's just having some teething problems with the update.

Thanks i tried using a different browser and it worked - is this good value 4 nights for £524 for 2 adults 1 child and 1 toddler - there is a few mistakes on my booking confirmation (it is charging me £10 extra for some reason and my baby's name is not on my notification) but still happy

your infant doesn't show up on your confirmation, but don't worry about that, thats normal for DLP. You'll have no problems when you check in .

I cant access prices at all and I got an email for Disneys authorised travel agent in Ireland (breakaway) which told me all about their offers and I tried pricing for May with no luck and then for the November 7th trip we have already booked direct with Disneyland Paris and again no luck!
Many teething problems across the board me thinks!

OP Make sure you only have the basic room type selected, the site automatically gives you an "upgraded" room near hotel facilities, you can save a few bob by changing that to a standard room if you haven't already done so.
Also, do you know that if you book over the phone instead of online you only pay 10% now?

The deposit for bookings made over the phone has now changed to around 35%. I queried this on both occasions I phoned yesterday and both advisers told me that the 10% deposit isn't available with this special offer.
