Now no one laugh but what exactly is a refreshment pantry? I read that on the web site that explained the type of rooms at RPH and was wondering what that was. Is this just another name for a wet bar? Sorry for the stupid question.
Be careful with the minibar and keep the key. Besides snacks, sodas and liquor they have things like a disposable camera, flimsy plastic poncho, shell necklace, corkscrew, glass jars with cashews, etc. that add up to around $300. DS14 thought it was "ours" when he was packing the suitcase.
Thanks for the replys, one more question then I take it then that there are no fridges in the standard rooms? So do any of the rooms have fridges or do you have to rent one?
Every room has a fridge but it is for the mini bar and therefore is completely stocked. I have heard that you can have the fridge emptied for a one-time charge or you can rent one for a daily charge. Not sure how much each charge is but I'm sure somebody else can help you there. You could always bring a cooler and just keep icing it.
