Hi, my 6 year old son has decided that he wants to take candy back to all his school friends (all 30 of them!!:scared1:) from WWOHP!!

We have brought it back from WDW before (buying it in the World of Disney), but this trip we are going to WDW first and then finishing in UO. I am worried that if we wait (as he wants) to get candy in WWOHP that we will be out of luck and it will be too late to go back to Disney to buy it.

Can I ask, do they sell large selection bags (Suitable to hand out to a class of children) with the WWOHP on it or am I better off buying some at WDW beforehand.

I said it was a strange question!!:lmao:

We weren't in the market for 'loose' candy like you are talking about, but I *think* you can get an assortment of BBEFBeans. Maybe someone else knows better?

I know you can buy Acid Pops and 'pops' of the such...but they are expensive...around $3-$4 each. They sell boxes of Peppermint Frogs that you could split up .....a little for each kid?

What I would do, is get the regular candy at Disney and then IF you find something you/he likes at WWoHP, get a little of that. That way, there is still the candy you get every year, but as a little extra bonus, something from WWoHP. imo..better safe than sorry ;)

Yes, Honeydukes is a full scale sweet shop. They do sell bagged candy with the Honeydukes logo on the bags. Everything from taffy to gummy worms to sour jacks. They also sell bagged licorice from the Clippy's Clip Joint line(from the movies/books). There are also individual pops, candy bars(Honeydukes chocolate) boxes of Peppermint Toads, jars of candy and you can buy candy by the pound loose(the typical things like sour drops, toffees, gummies ect), the same as all the candy stores in Disney. You can also buy the Bernie Botts beans in loose by the pound form as well. So yes they do specialize in wizarding goodies but there is plenty for the muggles as well.;)

Oh guys, thanks so much for the great posts and links :thumbsup2- that is exactly what I wanted to know - Kai (my 6 year old) is truly going to be a kid in a candy store!!!:goodvibes

I think his school friends will get a real kick out of all those things - more so than my regular mickey and minnie chocolate coin offering!!:)
