Strange plane behaviour?

We just had a large plane fly over our house, possible a 757. It was extremely low (I could smell the pilots aftershave!). The plane then banked sharply to the left and did a U turn!
It looked like a KLM plane, but not sure.

Very strange!

We are used to having planes fly over on route to East Midlands airport, but they are usually quite high.

crikey,wish we had seen that the kids love to see the planes fly past....i might have been tempted to try and throw them onboard after today

yes little angels......im sure that was the phrase i was looking for....NOT !!

actually they havn't been to bad but we have had a boring day
we took them to the harvester for tea tho and that was fun

We went to Leicester shopping, we have found that going on a bank holiday and getting to the Shires about 10pm is fantastic - the place is almost empty and nearly all the shops are open

We even had a McDs at 11pm and we were the only ones waiting to be served

Which Harvester did you got to?

we went to the burbage one, it was a last minute desicion but the kids love the salad cart so i don't mind it was very busy and we waited 20mins for a table
the meal was nice tho and the kids shared a rocky horror dessert between them ( greedy pigs )

i love the shires when its quiet, i hate feeling herded round the shops!! did you buy anything nice ??
