Hi yall! We made our reservations with Magical Express a number of months ago. A few weeks after making the reservation, I noticed it showed up on My Disney Experience under our hotel reservations as "Transportation: Disney's Magical Express" (or something to that effect). However, I just noticed yesterday that its no longer showing up in MDE... Should I be concerned? Just seems so odd that it would be there and then randomly disappear opposed to if it had just never shown up at all... Thoughts?

If you had printscreened* your My Disney Experience page when the Magical Express notation appeared, then you would be good to go. Or if you have your DME booklet and/or yellow baggage tags then you would be good to go.

If you haven't gotten your DME baggage tags yet, you might telephone and re-ask for those about 2 weeks in advance. (toll free 866-599-0951).

* Requires more than just pushing the PrtScn button.

Since yesterday, mine is no longer showing under MDE either. I wouldn't worry about it since it seems like MDE has been having a lot of problems lately. :)

I was running into this problem before as well. We made the reservation months ago, and actually received luggage tags already. However, When I called to ask about why it wasn't in MDE, they had no record of my reservation. So I made another one, and called to verify a few hours later, only to hear that, once again, no reservation. I made the reservation the 3rd time and so far it seems to have stuck, however I did ask if, for whatever reason, it disappeared again, we could still get on the bus. She assured us that as long as we had our MB's and travel paperwork we would be fine.

OK I started to get curious (paranoid? lol) so I called and asked why it was no longer on DME. He said that as long as I had received the booklet everything was confirmed. I was trying to give him my reservation number to double check but he kept reassuring me that everything was fine.
