Strange Issue with Borrowing Points

I went into book a 34 point reservation with 30 current UY points and 4 “to be borrowed” points. Surprisingly, it only showed the contracts used to secure the reservation as available to borrow from and not all of the contracts in the membership.

I had to call MS to straighten things out and by the time I did the room was gone.

Anyone else run into this?

I thought it would only prompt to borrow for the contracts selected?

I have always selected all of mine when booking as it makes easier if I have a change later on and the lock is there.

I’m sorry that happened. The VR system is sooooo slow when you just want to get someone on the phone asap.

Even with 0 balance contracts? I’ll do that in the future…
