strange issue trying to book FP

I went into MDE since I can now book FP for JAn

I booked 1 for the day we arrive--usually FH likes to rest the day we get in but I book FP for him amyways

in case he changes his mind--

somehow I DH was cancelled for booking FP so I tried to add him--well I went back into to check he still wasn't there so I added him again

now I get a message that theres a double entry and this could cause problems at the gate or for FP

so now when I got into MDE and under anyone else going it lists DH twice

once his first name is all caps and once just the first letter is in caps

so my question is how to I delete on of them

I sure don't want problems at the gate or FP
