I forgot to mention this when we returned from our tirp this summer.
On our first day at the Universal parks we went to get the pictures taken for our AP's and have them activated. We went to the main building for activating them and they said we needed to go to guest services for something and then come back to them.
We went to guest services and she said there was something wrong with the switch they made in their system and they could not activate our passes at that time. We were each given tickets for the number of days we were going to be there and a special FOTL pass for the duration as well. Of course we didn't need the FOTL pass because we were staying onsite but it was a nice gesture.
She told us that they would have to activate our passes the next time we came. I told her that we would not be back for a year and she said that was not a problem that our passes would be good for a year from when we activate them on our next trip.
Just wondering if anyone else had this happen?
