strange feedback on ebay

I just got my first negative feedback on an item I sold on ebay--long story

somewhere on ebay I found that I have 1 rating that says item not as described which I don't understand since the item was a new with tags pair of mens suede boots that's how I described them
Im assuming it was for this item since its the only item there was issue with

so the feedback I got was (sorry if this was confusing--I just went back to this post and somehow there was a smiley face but I put in Ill spell out the words instead of the symbols that the person used semi colon parenthes)

nothing else just that symbol strange---or does it have some underlying meaning?

has anyone else heard of this

I wonder if somehow they just clicked the wrong feedback choice. Like they meant to put "item AS described" and instead chose "Item NOT as described". Can you contact them?
