Straight Talk users - question?

I want to get my daughter a new cell phone for her birthday and we currently have straight talk. Can I order one online through them or at a store and keep her same number? When I call there, I never get anyone who speaks English and I can't get answers to my questions! Help!

I didn't (got a new number) but am certain you can. Here's the info from their website.

I did have a customer service issue one time and it was handled quickly and resolved by someone whose English was perfect. Either I had good luck or you're having bad luck.

All four of us were able to keep our old number. You have to make sure it stays active during the process, and it was easier to do for those of us who did it originally rather than getting a new number and then porting it over.
