Straight Talk Cell Phone Question

On my phone it says due date 10/12/10. Does that mean it expires at 11:59 tomorrow night or at 12:01 tonight? Can't seem to find this answer, tried to change my billing information online so I can purchase more airtime, but you have to call, and I'm not in the mood to talk to someone I can't understand tonight......

Yeah, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Mine re-fills automatically so that if I run out of minutes or the 30 days is up it will automatically re-fill. I am sorry I don't have an answer for you. But it seems like if my re-fill date is on the 28th, that is the date I get 1000 more minutes so they lasted until the 27th at 11:59. Hope that helps.

I was told that if your phone has expired (out of minutes or days) there is a chance you can lose your phone number. I was panicked last week we were out of the country and my phone couldn't connect. All was well when we got back to the US.

I just had to do this tonight because I wanted to use my debit card and not a credit card. I didn't realize you couldn't change the method of payment online until I went to pay. I did call and spent about 15 minutes on the phone. I will make sure I get to walmart next month so I don't have to call in again!

they told my daughter that her's expired the day before , but the day of her phone was still working. She paid it when she got home from school
