Storytime Villas

I have been looking at townhouses to rent in Windsor Hills. I really like the look of the storytime townhouses. I have done a little bit of research and seen a few things that made me worry a little.

Has anyone here had any negative experiences?

Im quite suprised as ive only heard good things about these houses, espically here on the dis, my friends stayed at one of the houses which we visited and it was lovely......maybe there was a problem with that rental and its a revenge post????

Many people here have been very happy with Storytime. However, if you do a search you will find quite a few threads about them, both positive and negative.

ive seen this on travelocity and here on the dis... i see they had a bad mgmt co. before and hope all is well now...were looking at them for Nov..but the refund policy is you lose $$ if you cancel at all... so im waiting till we get closer...theres another 1 you might like.. they seem to be comparable w/disney theming rooms..

We stayed at Magic Villa 5 (Magical Dreams) through www.themagicorlandorental.com and really enjoyed our stay. We had only minor issues and would probably stay with them again, but there is a thread where another guest was less than thrilled and had legitimate complaints.

We rented a 6 b/r house from them in July, no problems. Would rent again.

We have rented from them twice - no complaints whatsoever. Would rent from them again in a heartbeat.

Thanks for the replies. I heard back from them very promptly which I thought was good. We won't be canceling as we already have flights etc booked.

I looked at the magic homes first but never got a reply to my enquiry.

Well I guess I still have time before I have to lock anything in, I will just do a bit more research first.

We have not completed our stay, which will be in Sept, but I can tell you they have been pleasant to work with so far.
