Storytime Orlando

We're going to be staying at Windsor Hills for our first trip. We choose to go with Storytime Orlando Rentals. I was wondering if anyone has stayed in any of their homes, and how you liked them?

We stayed 8 nights earlier this month - one night at Story Time 1, and 7 nights at Story Time 4. The whole family loved it. DH, DD7, and DS4 all said they never wanted to stay at a Disney hotel ever again.

I think the Story Time homes are nicely decorated, and they were super clean. The kids loved the pool and would have been content to stay there the whole time! It was fast and easy to get to the parks and lots of dining options very close. Our bed was super comfortable.

Thanks so much, I glad to hear you had a great experience! We're staying at Storytime 1 for 16 nights in Sept. We were booked at the All Star Music family suite and it was 184.00 a night for weeknights and over 200.00 for weekend nights. When we saw we could have a house (larger than our own home), and pool for 94.50 a night (10% discount for over 14 nights) we were thrilled

I have never stayed at Storytime so I don't have any firsthand experience with them, but I did look into renting from them and did a search on here for threads about them. Most reviews are good, but there was one thread about a serious ant problem that was not resolved to a guest's satisfaction. It was enough to make me not want to stay with them. If you do a search on this forum you'll find that thread and others. Again, most of the reviews are good, and they have several units and I don't think there was an ant problem in all of them.

I had a problem with them ignoring the guarantee of a deposit refund if cancelled within the alloted time. I emailed them many times upon our cancellation which was 6 months in advance, and they never would refund our $300 deposit. They just didn't respond to phone call messages or emails. I would never consider using them again.
