Storytellers Mickey Adventure meal

I searched for an answer but couldn’t find one...
We’re hoping to do the new Mickey character meal at Storytellers on a non-park day, probably a Friday. I’m thinking about going at the end of the buffet, around 11:00. Has anyone done this recently? What time do they stop restocking the buffet? And when do the characters stop coming around? Any feedback would be great!

I love their corn chowder and am secretly hoping to catch the beginning of a lunch buffet and get some soup! I don’t think they even do a lunch buffet, but it’s been about 5 years since I’ve done the character meal there.

I believe all meals there are buffet now. It's a recent change.
