Storytellers breakfast vs brunch

How does the switch from breakfast to brunch go at Storytellers? Timing wise it would work best for us if I could make a reservation at 10:30 instead of one of the reservations we already have for breakfast or brunch. Do they change it to brunch during breakfast? Are you rushed if you sit down at 10:30 and brunch starts at 11:00?

Im not exactly sure how they transition even though we have been there many many times during the transition. We have ate even 20 minutes prior to close and never ever felt rushed, in fact that is our favorite time to go, we got much more interaction with the characters just before closing.
