Story time villas?

I am considering cancelling my wdw myw plus dining package and booking a vacation home/townhome/condo. We have never stayed off wdw property so I am really apprehensive about doing this. I have seen a bunch of rentals out there but I am really not sure how to go about booking and ensuring that what I see is what I get. I found one that appears to be really nice, so I am curious if any disers have ever stayed there, It is the Story time villa condos and townhomes. If anyone can comment on them please let me know. We have not stayed at a Story Time property - yet. We just recently made a reservation for a villa in December 2009. So far dealing with the owners has been pleasant and easy. This will also be our first time staying offsite, but we really loved the look of the villa and we are excited to give it a try for our Christmas trip!

Storytime homes have gotten good reviews on here. Here's another website for an owner who has gotten good reviews. He has a 5 br home and 3 condos.

We just booked with them, but I can't tell you about the property, but the owners are good with communication. The reviews I read about them gave me confidence to give them a try. I didn't find any negative comments.

Whew. Sounds like the reviews are good. I will update after we go in August! I agree-- the communication with owners is outstanding. They answered all my questions and were really helpful.

Now all we have to do is wait unti AUGUST!!!

We stayed at the Storytime 1 Townhome on our last trip in July and it was great! The owners are nice and always answered my questions. I would definitely stay with them again, but our next trip won't be for awhile. For those who never stayed off-site before, I personally loved having our own washer/dryer, not that I like laundry, but coming home with all your clothes being clean is awesome and you can pack less. The splash pools at Windsor Hills were also a big hit. Any other ?'s drop me a PM.

Just wondering it says that the townhouses come with splash pool and jetted spa but I do not see the spa. Does that mean they are both in same area.

I think the splash pool is the jetted spa - it can be used as either but I suppose you would have to pay the extra spa heating cost to make it a spa.

Thanks Tracey I have sent an email to say we want to book #1 we are getting the pool heat. Did the pool have southern exposure?

We stayed in Story time #1 this past January, our original pick was #4 but we had to change our dates and switched to #1 due to availability.
Just by looking at pictures seems like #4 is more updated and like the decor better.
Our TH was very clean, owners easy to reach and it was great to have the splash pool to ourselves.

does anyone know if the master suite has a jaccuzi tub?
