Our local paper does a monthly section called VOWS - wedding and engagement stories. I submitted this story following the wedding of one of my twin daughters in July. The editors "tweeked" my story and asked for a variety of photos. I wasn't sure which ones they would use...until today. The story appeared in today's paper and it turned out beautifully.

Just wanted to share...

Sisters Forever

Aw. As the mom of twins I can relate. My boys are going to be sr's in hs this year. They are making seperate college plans and I wonder how that will work out. They've been super close all their lives but for the past couple of years they've also been competitive and fight more. They think they'll be happier apart, I think they'll miss each other alot.

Thanks for sharing the article with us. The girls are just beautiful.

Your daughters are just LOVELY! What a nice story and a great scrapbook memory!

:teeth:

......I couldn't ask for a better best friend, but now it's time for me to share my best friend with her new best friend.....
Beautiful!!!! Thanks for sharing, Patty. So nice.

All FIVE of those lovely young women are your daughters? Wow! You must be so very proud.

Very nice story! I have older sisters that are identical twins and they barely even speak to each other anymore. I feel so sad for them. :(

Very nice story. Congrats on raising such beautiful girls both inside and out. May your dd have years of wedded bliss.:sunny:

Our twin boys are just going into Grade One...:)

There's definitely something wonderful about multiples. Congratulations, mom!

Yes - 5 daughters (and 2 sons)!! Can you believe it???? Was I nuts or WHAT!!!:hyper:

Four of the seven are now gone from under our roof - one is on her way back to college, which leaves us with a high school junior and a 7th grader (and the dog) still at home. Our house is EXTREMELY quiet and the three bathrooms are no longer overworked. ;)

congratulations! how very sweet. my twins (b/g) are only 5 months and I'm just now beginning to understand just how special having twins is.

What a nice article...and the girls are beautiful!! Thanks for sharing!!
