Is there a list somewhere of very cool indoor things we can save for the inevitable rainy days of WDW? Preferably something that doesn't require use to use up a park pass?

Thanks!

I have never left any of the parks due to weather, except once. MGM acouple years ago, and that's only because the lightening was so bad. Normally we will hang in the parks regardless.

If you are staying on-site the Arcades at the resorts might keep the kids busy, if you have any.

Plan a nice sit down meal somewhere.

You could spend the day at disney quest which in the long run may be cheaper then spending tons of quarters at the hotel arcade.... grab a movie at DTD.... go resort hopping and check out your possible hotels for the next trip ( :goodvibes i always am planning my next trip)... if your taking the kids out from school this could be a good time to get some homework done and just chill out in your hotel room....

FIrst- be sure you bring at least 2 pr of good walking shoes. If your first pr get wet from a puddle or rainstorm or even Kali River rapids- it could be an uncomfortable trip.

I say don a poncho and go! Usually there are enough waiting areas with coverage that you won't be in the rain except for walking between attractions.

Hi
I'm not sure when you are going but from May-Sept for the most part. A thunderstorm will come in and stay for 30-60 minutes and be gone. (Not all the time but 90% of the time, so if it happens on your vacation I'm sorry) I live in Florida, and the only time the rain has stayed was during the hurricanes.
