Storing Luggage at POP

Hi there,

First thread on the resorts board. DSis and I are taking a 7-night Eastern DCL cruise and then coming to POP aftewards. We plan to be off the ship by 7, so we would arrive at POP by 8:30 at the latest (figuring in drop-offs at other resorts). We are there Sat night only, returning home on Sunday evening.

Our question is this:if we arrive at POP at 8:30, can we have them store our luggage somewhere so we can get right to the park? We want to get time in at each of the 4 major parks, so that means no midday breaks to go back to the resort. We will ask of course (with little expectation of having this happen) if any rooms are ready then. If so, splendid! If not, we want to be able to go to the parks and trust our luggage is being taken care of. Any chance that they'd deliver it to our room without us being there?

Yes, they have a luggage storage room just to the right of the entrance and will be glad to store your bags for you. You can leave your bags there even before you go inside to check in and they will take your bags to your room when it is ready. Your bags could be in your room waiting for you when you get back.

Pop will deliver your luggage to your room within an hour of it becoming clean and available. So, drop off your bags, Check in, and head off to the parks. While you're at the parks, the luggage dispatcher will monitor your room, and when it becomes clean, it gets scheduled for the next run. When you get back, your bags will be in your room.
