No it really is jake from the Saga. He can't catch anything on his own. He always gets help. Then he moans and groans because he thinks they didn't help him enough.

I went into a bagel shop last week to see a homeless person sleeping at one of their tables. He looked really set up for longer than a quick nap too. My guess is time limits cut down on this sort of thing. It's horrible.

I have never seen a sign like that myself. I know in some places that McDonalds (and other fast food places for that matter) can be gathering spots for senior citizens in the mornings.
