Stop Waiting for Friends in the Lobby!

We all can get through this quest much faster if we join "friendly" games while in the lobby rather than waiting for our friends that can't get in right away. There is still the matter of deciding who wins, but at least the lines will get smaller and faster!!

Everyone meets back into the same lobby when the game ends.. hopefully most show up but when you get back into the lobby Join a game and hope that the "friendly's" let you play and maybe even let you win...simple enough?

I've been in three games to help others win.. and they did!! It was awesome to see!!

Anyone have another suggestion? There has got to be another way..

I've already heard too many horror stories where people commit to playing and don't or change mind at last minute and blow up winner or something

Shoot in one of our games a team member accidently blew up the winner in round two- luckily we pulled it off- but it just doesn't work that way

You have to all head to the same lobby at the same time- you enter quickly that way- can play your game and move on

A better solution is to make sure you all get in line at the same time, so you're all in a row coming into the room. It's not perfect, but it'll minimize your impact on the flow of the room.

Exactly. It's nearly impossible to play friendly with strangers. Heck, it's hard enough to play friendly with friends.

It is impossible to play friendly with random strangers. The bigger issue is the people who do not coordinte BEFORE they go into the lobby.

Get your group together in a room decided on a lobby, everybody get in queue at once and then go back to your room to wait. While you are waiting in the room, go over the plan.

Don't wait until two of you to get into the lobby for the other six to join and then spend 15 more minutes going over the plan.

That is where the real issue lies.

also, we have made the mistake before letting random people play, they only think about themselves and end up messing the whole game. I tried several games Saturday night with Too and it just does not work.

We all get in the same line at the same time to speed things up.

I totally agree with this. It's just like "The fastest Finger" in Who Wants to Be a Millionaire or trying to get into a Host Event. You all can get a pass at the same time, but there is no guarantee that you will all get in the room at the same time. It may take especially when the room is full and noone is leaving.

Yeah, that's what my team has been doing.

I jumped into one game to keep the queue moving so the rest of my friends could play and the person whose game I joined killed me first because she had been watching our discussion of "friendly" and she knew I would not shoot back right away, trying to let her win. I won't do that again.

I also joined a game with 3 other female players who had begged and begged for someone to join them instead of waiting for friends. All 3 of them came straight for me and killed me right away in the game saying "we all want to win, too".

After discussing the way we all play friendly pirates on the lobby, and how only one player can win each game, in both instances the non-dis members came right after me knowing I would try to keep the game going longer instead of firing back. No thank you. I will wait for my dis friends every time. I don't care who it inconveniences any more.

I offered several times yesterday to help other teams while ours was waiting just to kind of move the other team along so to speak, and was ignored each and every time. I always figured since I was the sitting duck it was just as easy to help them out of the room.
But, we did find at the end of the day that a central meeting place helped a lot! We finally started seeing some winning games that way a and few VERY close to it games.
