Stop Email Notifications?

Hi,

Still finding my feet here, sorry if this is an obvious question, but how do I opt out of email alerts for every thread I've posted in? I don't mind the site alerts (because they're contained to the site lol), but how do I stop the emails? Thanks in advance, really appreciate it!

Hover over your username in upper right.
Click on "Preferences"
In the Options section, uncheck the
Automatically watch threads that you create or when you reply...

• and receive email notifications of replies

options.

Click "Save Changes" at bottom of window.
