Stoller rental at Epcot

I know that there is stroller rental at the main entrance to Epcot but we are hoping to stay at BWV and I was curious if anyone knows if there is a stroller rental place at the International Gateway entrance.

Thanks Baloo. We're waiting for the ROFR and then hope to make Ressie at BWV. We're keeping our fingers crossed. We're taking the whole family (mom, dad, brother, SIL, nephews) and want to impress them!
