Stolen media tablet using Express Luggage

We have just got back from a great few days at DLP. However, we used the Express Luggage service from our hotel (New York), and it appears our media tablet has been stolen using the return service.

I've contacted DLP through their complaints form online - after failing to find an e-mail/phone number for the hotel. Just wondered if anyone has had anything stolen using the same service, and if they had any joy from DLP?

It's such a shame that at the last moment of our holiday we were left with a bad feeling towards the resort because we had until that time we had been having the most magical time

Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear about this - it's not the sort of memory you want to bring home from holiday with you.

Not sure how helpful DLP will be but hopefully you'll be covered under your travel insurance?
