Any news / rumours on why this has been pulled? (Poor quality is usually not motivation alone!!!!)

Seems like a huge waste of money?

i think huge unpopularity and lack of shade were the main complaints.
Its a shame as me and gary really like stitch (yes there are some of us that like it!) and were looking forward to seeing this in september

We would have tried it out too. I wonder if there was a medical incident?

We went last month waited for 10-15 mins then they cancelled it.
It was raining, do they cancel it for rain?
DS fave character so a a bit disappointed we never got to see it. Thought we would see it in August but its not to be.

Awww damn I love Stitch and was looking forward to seeing this show if it was still running next May. I hope they replace him in another way.

From what I can gather it's also because Stitch only turns up at the very end of an apparently lame show, not just the lack of shade which BTW was also an issue in front of the castle back in 2007 when people were on the verge of passing out while watching the shows there. It need a major rework to get it to an acceptable level of show although why they couldn't put it in a currently disused building in the area is beyond me, they'd have a stage area seating and shade Let's hope they do something about it soon .

I can imagine that shade is an issue. But they have been doing shows in front of the castle for as long as we have been going there and it doesn't seem to deter many people.
Whether there are any disused buildings or not I obviously don't know but can only assume that any interior space at MK is at a premiumm and would be exploited to the full - even if it meant opening another gift shop or restaraunt.
From what I heard from friends who went recently it was a poor show, and people were getting up and leaving half way through.
It is a shame though as DS is a Stitch fan and would have enjoyed this more than most of the other shows on offer.
I suppose we will just have to go and have Stitch burp a chilli dog in our face to get our fix

You can watch the whole show on You Tube, I watched it withthe kids last week and they got up and started playing with their Mr Potato head instead, so I don't think the quality of the show was up to much. Shame really as they really love Stitch too, I think it needed more input from him and not just his appearance at the end.
