Angel is experiment 624, from leroy & stitch and the animated series. they do sell a plush of her in the parks.

Tokyo are OBSESSED with the fact they are in the relationship.
There is Valentines stuff with them on it etc.
I got both plushes (Stitch and Angel) from DL in January and in Paris there was also "Dupe" being sold.
