Stitch Breakfast and Shuttles

We are early risers. (We are at work at 6:30am)

So I booked an early morning breakfast with stitch. Since well My daughter 9 and I both like coffee. Who better to have it with than Stitch.

At 7:30 seating. I was informed that shuttles do not run at this time and I would have to get a taxi. Is this true? I thought the shuttles started early enough to be able to use them not pay extra for a taxi.

Well, probably best to ask the folks who wear the Purple Pants (aka Disney Bus Drivers). Our friend Tyler (aka Chip 'n Dale Express) is often here reminding us that the folks in Disney Dining don't know anything about Disney Transportation and end up giving incorrect info on such issues.

The bottom line is that Disney will get you to your early morning ADRs provided you let the folks at your resort know in advance that you are going to need early morning ADR transport. Hey, and if we're wrong and it's getting close to your ADR time, then you can always grab a cab then - but I'll bet you won't need to.

Good thing I saw this thread. For some reason I am not able to post new threads at the moment.

In mid-December we will be staying at the Pop Century, and would like a character breakfast at the Contemporary on a day when Magic Kingdom opens "officially" at 9 am (this will NOT be an Early Entry day).

I was wondering what time the very first bus leaves Pop Century on such a morning? The breakfast would be at about 7.30 am.

Also, does the Contemporary have a direct bus to Typhoon Lagoon? What time would it leave to arrive by Typhoon's 10 am opening?

BOTTOM LINE FOR BREAKFASTS:

Be out at the appropriate bus stop 45 minutes prior to seating time. Board the appropriate bus when it arrives (and it will... for the CR or Poly, it would be the MK bus). LET THE DRIVER KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING. You will be all set.

The keys are to be out 45 minutes prior (15 minutes potential wait time in case you just missed one, 15 minutes travel time, and 15 minutes walk time/murphy's law time), and to let the driver know where you are going so that during the early mornings, they can take you directly.

And yes, there is a TL bus from CR.

It's actually a "Best Friends" breakfast, featuring Lilo & Stitch, and Mickey & Pluto. (Subject to change of course)

Stitch Breakfast is at the Polynesian Hotel. It use to be with Chip and Dale But recently changed over to Lilo & Stitch.

Make reservations early!!! It is getting very popular.
