Still waiting! When do the May codes come out?

Does anyone know when the May discount codes will be available? Are they usually good for the Yacht Club or Caribbean Beach?

I am waiting also. We are going May 7-12. I am wondering if they are waiting to see if Bush declares war on Iraq. I think that would be a big impact on tourists going to Disney. Maybe the wait is deciding on how much of a discount they are going to need to give to get people into the parks.

Just a thought.

Well, I finally broke down and made a reservation. I booked Coronado Springs for 6 nights using Disney Club. It was 900 including tax for 3 adults which was a pretty good discount although I really think there will be some better ones. I guess I will just wait and watch now. I am glad that we were able to get a room. Good luck to everyone when the codes do get here!!!

You know I never even thought about the impact a war would have. Now I'm nervous about this trip. Is it even safe to travel now?

me too, it is driving me crazy, i am worrying myself silly. we are going to make ressies at AKL using our points but if the discounts would ever come out i may rent some of my points out and come out cheaper.i just dont know what to do right now.

Count me in for the May wait. We're going to the HRH April 29-May 4, then on to WDW May 4-10. I have the HIFS booked under the entertainment rate of $86/night as a backup. We've never stayed on site before and this will be our last trip for a while-saving for a new house. I thought that due to the economy and impending war that Disney's bookings would be down and they would have rushed to get the new discounts out as soon as the old ones expired. I'll now have wishful thinking that they are waiting because they need to deeply discount to get more people to book!

We didn't want to wait around for codes this time, so we rented DVC points instead. Just my luck some really terrific codes will come out and we'll be kicking ourselves. LOL But actually I'm really excited to try BCV's.
