Anyone else still waiting? I cancelled ours in June. Called in December to check on the refund, was told it was in process and she would escalate it and gave me my reference number, telling me I should get it by the end of January. Called again in March and again just yesterday and it is STILL in process! This is so frustrating.

I was supposed to get a refund for them discontinuing annual passes, I’ve called twice and they tell me my refund was sent in January but it was sent to an account that has been closed for almost a year now, and I still haven’t received a check. They told me to call bank but bank confirmed they don’t have it, they would have rejected it because the account isn’t open so why would they hold the funds, they have told me they don’t know why Disney keeps saying to call them when it’s them that need to issue my refunds. We’re in May now, it’s been almost four months now

FINALLY got our AP refunds after countless calls.. and SO many hours spent on phone calls, a disorganized mess😩STILL waiting for Water Park AP refunds now, which were promised in September of 20.. Every time we called, they said those will be worked on separately!Any guesses on WHY we will be patronizing Universal Volcano Bay for our trip this month and NOT DISNEY water park??😒

KEEP CALLING and pestering them! I fully understand that it takes SO MUCH time sitting on the phone!! inexcusable😒😒

It took me almost a full year to get a partial refund, and I must have spent 6 - 7 hours on hold trying to get it resolved.

I have never had such poor Customer service from Disney, I was absolutely shocked. The CM's kept apologizing everytime I called, but a year is absolutely ridiculous.

Still waiting very impatiently. My DL refund took a matter of weeks.

I received mine after about 6 months after multiple calls as well.

I then re-purchased when I was on a April 2021 visit at Guest Services.

I cannot overstate how poor WDW service was all along the way. Left such a "bad taste" in my mouth for the brand. But... that's just the way it is now.

WOW, Finally,!!!!😆😆Finally received the last of our refunds, after SOoooo many calls! We were recently away and I have informed delivery for mail… I really could not believe what I was seeing ha! We were waiting on a refund for our 2 Water Park refunds, they told me back in Sept of 20 that it would be $79 for each of us, wound up getting a check for $67.24… $11.76 short for each…
SO HAPPY the wait for the AP refunds and separate Water Park Paas is over.. I will follow up though on the $23.52 extra though. For those still waiting, Hope that yourr saga ends soon🤞🤞

In the same boat and also extremely frustrated. 3 months ago I was told it was processed and I would have a check in 4-6 weeks. Never got a refund, was just in Disney last month and tried to get it done at guest services. Nope only phone CMs can handle refunds.... the same phone CMs you’re stuck waiting for over 2 hours just to get on the phone 🙄 so ridiculous. I reached out via email also, nope we can’t help you, please call. I called last night and after 3+ more hours of my life wasted was told the finance team is behind and they would escalate my claim since it’s been so long.... hasn’t it been this long for all of us still waiting? Such a joke from a multi billion dollar company to make it a part time job for me to try to get refund from them. Agreed with the person going to universal waterpark next time. I’m debating skipping Disney all together and going to universal, and I’ll be there for the 50th.

Update..was worth an hour and a half wait to reach Passholder services..explained situation on my shortage on our Water Park Refund..they researched it..I had dates as to when I was told $79 each..obviously some type of miscommunication versus the final refund issued by Accounting..Disney made it right and instead of having us wait again for a check to be mailed for the shortage, they are issuing a gift card which I can pick up at guest Services. Pays to keep detailed notes and dates when a CM quotes a refund number, they made it right and stood by that conversation 😊😊😊
