Hi All

Its 1.30am and I am doing my last minute packing (can't find my shareholders card!!! ). We fly to DLP in the morning for a week

Just wanted to wish everyone a very merry Christmas and thankyou for such a fantastic website. I am definitely going to write a trip report this year, and am taking laptop so I can do it there.

The forecast for the Ashford area tomorrow is 5 degrees during the day, so that should give you some idea how cold/warm you'll feel at DLRP.

You must be thinking of someone else, I'm in Hampshire, which is still south I guess, but the forecast for tomorrow is a warm 8c

The low is 5c though... what I need is to carry a thermometer around with me so I can see how the different temperatures feel when I am out walking

Went to Matalan today and bought the ski socks and another thermal vest, plus more tights, so there will probably be a heatwave now
