Called and indicated that I was amending existing res. and was on hold for over an hour. Got to work and said I was making a new res. and got right through at 8:25. Go figure!

This is ridicolous. I hung up and tried again. An hour and 55 minute call for NOTHING. I hate to see that phone bill when it comes in. I am now on my cell.

People here calling much later than me are getting through much faster!

WOHOO! Our honeymoon is FINALLY booked! Though we were on hold for an hour and 7 minutes before our call got answered and we called at 7:30 am!

Fun things I discovered to do while on hold:

- Stick the receiver up to my sleeping husbands ear. He actually began to hum "A spoonful of sugar" in his sleep.
- Put the phone on speaker and watch our ferrets go insane trying to figure out where the sound is coming from.
- Go to get the mail from yesterday with the phone while singing "Whats this? Whats this? Theres magic in the air..." My neighbor headed out the door on her way to work started singing with me. Now both our husbands can think were mad!
- Make Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes. I think the music inspired me. Normally those turn out burnt and looking more like lopsided O's. Today it worked!

So anyone else scaring people with their antics while on hold?

I called and picked the modify existing ressie optionand was on hold for 1hr 12 minutes. Then I read TheWeasels post . I left the cell on hold and called with the house phone for a "new" reservation and got right throuh. I mean I picked new and it began to ring.

Hi all,

I had been waiting on the 407 number for 95 min and the 800 number for 40 minutes when I gave up. I then tried the 877-939-3732 and got through in 15 minutes. The CM was extrememly nice and said her queue wasn't as backed up as the others. Good luck to all. I got the WL Woods View for 5/21 - 5/30 for $165/night.

I just got through after being on hold for over an hour. I did the 1-800# and pressed the button for existing reservations. But, I did get the AP rate for POP for June 17-22. Now I am waiting for the August codes so I can get the AP rate for my 8 night trip to POR.

I was on hold for at least 1 hour, 45 minutes. I hung up and am on hold again. I tried the request for a new ressie instead of changing one. I have a meeting at 10:00 AM so if they don't answer within the next 20 -25 minutes, It will be the afternoon before I can call again.

I called at 9:00AM and was on hold ten minutes. Got Pop for one night on May 3rd. No problem.

I was on hold on both my home phone and cell phone for over 45 minutes, read this post and called your 1-877 number and got right through! Now she's got me on hold and is busy booking my ressie.
