I stayed on hold last night for 30 minutes with Disney trying to make a payment so I thought I would call back after an hour. Same thing happened. Now I am home from work and been on hold for 30 minutes again! What is going on. I am trying to make a payment on our package and I can't find no longer where the link to pay online is and when I call I have to go thru the automated computer that says she will take the payment which at the very end she says she is experiencing difficulties so she will have to connect me with someone, which apparently isn't happening. Someone tell me a secret to this please!
Who knows why for sure. If you refresh it once or twice or a few times, the payment link will eventually show up. It's up to you if you trust it to accept your payment properly. Their phone lines are probably busy because of this problem.
