Still not able to have a profile picture/signature?

Hello!
So, yesterday I joined DISboards and found out that you need to be a boards member for 24 hours & have 10 "messages" (posts) before being able to have a profile picture/signature. I currently have 16 messages & have been a member for 24 hours (I reached 10 posts by last night), so can someone help me? Sorry to be a pain!

UPDATE! I now have the ability to add a profile pic & a signature! I guess all I needed was patience Sorry for being a pain!
