Still No Proxys!!!

Our annual report & voting info FINALLY arrived today. I hope you get your info soon. I find it interesting that Disney waited so long to get this info out.

Our four accounts shoudl coem directly from Disney. I'm getting a littel concerned. I wodul liek to vote. I'll call agin tomorrow. When is the deadline for our votes to be in?

Have you tried proxyvote.com? I don't know what you ned to reqister there, as it has been a few years since I logged on with them. I get all my Disney voting info through them.

In order to vote on proxyvote.com, you need a Control Number which you get off the proxy material thru snail mail or thru e-mail, if you've registered to get your material on line. If you've registered on line, you also need your PIN number to vote. I registered on line a while ago, then changed my e-mail address and forgot to change it on that site. Yesterday, I received my letter in the mail stating that they couldn't contact me thru e-mail so they were sending it snail mail. I was then able to vote on proxyvote.com because my Control Number was included in the letter. Hopefully, those who are still waiting for their material will get it soon enough to vote. I'm not sure when the deadline is, though. Sorry.

I received mine yesterday, through Ameritrade. Voted today.

This from the Proxy Statement:

"...The deadline for voting by telephone or electronically is 11:59 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on March 2, 2004."

So, you still have time, but I would rattle their cage daily until you receive it.

STILL NOTHING!!! I called share holder services yesterday morning. They acted like they couldn't believe I hadn't received any of mine yet. They said they'd mail it out again. I then asked if by the time I got it could i even get my vote in in time and was told probably not! (Then why even bother mailing it to me?!?) So I said I want to vote what can they do? They took my email address and told me they'd send me the info through email. Well, do I have anything in my email this morning? NOPE.

I also asked if I could get an annual report since I never got that either. Again, amazement i never got it. Hey, wasn't the proxys supposed to be with that? Told they'd mail it.

This is interesting. After waiting forever, I still haven't gotten my 1098 tax thing for my DVC add on.

Guess I've been taken off Disney's mail list? LOL

I just sent in my proxy forms -- wasn't hard to vote at all.

lenshanem -- you seem to be the exception here, not the rule. I can't imagine why it's taking so long for your proxies to get there, since so many other people seem to have gotten theirs. I'm sure it's frustrating, but I hardly think it's part of some illegal conspiracy.
