Still no new member card

We just became members in December -received our packet, cards and member number. I believe i read somewhere that the new member card were supposed to be received by the beginning of April - so here we are 4/5 and nothing. I did see the link on the member site to request a card. I am wondering if should just do that? I don't have a trip anytime soon, but if our member fees are to pay for the mailing of new cards then i should get one.

We've been member since 2010 and have not yet receive the new card. I tried filling in the form to request one this morning, but the page was down.

If I were you I would give MS a call and ask them to please send you cards. They are no longer printing them for members at all at the WDW sales centers. You either have to have received the physical card or download the digital version.

I still have not received my cards. I called MS today and they have stated that all cards were mailed by 4/1 and they were sent first class mail.

Based on these facts, they "reordered" my cards.

MS stated I should have them in 6 - 8 weeks.

Thanks for the info. With how long snail mail take i would think if it was mailed out 4/1 from FL that I also would have received them by now. I guess it can hurt to submit for a new card to be sent.

Good to hear it because I still have not received mine and I travel to WDW on Wednesday but I'm not worried.

I closed at the beginning of January and hadn't received my card yet. I requested one on the website yesterday, went to get my mail and there it was! Guess I should have checked the mail first
