I know flower and garden is not starting until later this month, but i am eagerly awaiting the menu.

I went last year so i have an idea of what will be offered but curious to see what they might be adding (or taking away) from last year.

Menu? I haven't been there in almost 10 years-last time I was there there were about 3 booths. So pardon my ignorance but what are "menus" about?

Really offerings at the outdoor kitchens. Last year there were around 13-15 outdoor kitchens and each has about 3-4 main entree samplings, some sort of dessert and different drinks or beers. So the festival has probably changed a bit in the past 10 years.

I'm waiting too..... (!)
Last year they came out the first few days of February, if I remember correctly.

Waiting to see as well, but won't be there till April, so we've got lots of time to look.

I'm waiting too. I am going for a short trip in May and need them so I can buckle down on my planning. I need to figure out how much time I want to dedicate to EPCOT since I'll only have 3-3.5 park days and nail down my food budget

In the same boat, we will all get to be there for the 25th anniversary! Hoping there will be a few extras since they will be celebrating 25 years. We had a blast last year. Lots of good food and drinks. Nice that you can use your snack options on most of the food too.

Interesting. My wife and daughter were there last year and didn't think there was much there beyond the food booths and a few topiaries. She may have been expecting more along the lines of Food and Wine Festival.
This will be my first year at it and looking forward to seeing it. Based on wifes experience, we are only planning 1 day at Epcot instead of 3 at F&W.

Yea I didn't really have expectations because we have never been to F&W (I am a high school football coach so the dates don't work out for us, definitely on the bucket list for retirement). You also have to make sure you do the whole park, Future World and World Showcase, to see everything. Had some very good beverages (which may have made it more fun for me), hope you enjoy them as well as I did!

There certainly not as many outdoor kitchens as there are at F&W but definitely enough that you should be able to snack your way around and not go home hungry. One full day should be good, but if you want to do a most of the rides there and hit many food carts you might want to add in another 1/2 day at Epcot.
We are planning one day for future world and then just hitting 1-2 countries and then another full day just for the WS. I am traveling with some who really want to hit the countries and spend time seeing all the movies available. We figure our full day can be a more relaxed day walking around WS so that we can eat, shop, watch shows and then eat some more!

With the Festival of the Arts running longer this year, I kind of think we won't see menus until that is over and the changeover to Flower & Garden officially begins. The full FotA menus came out just as the holiday 'festival' ended. The holiday festival booth menus came out right around the time Food & Wine ended. Based on that pattern, I think we'll see full F&G menus once FotA has ended.

Waiting too. We're planning on the booths being our Easter "dinner" while we wander to spend those snack credits! :)

Waiting as well... We will be there on the 1st day of the festival. It's always my favorite time to visit Epcot with all the beautiful plants.
